Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to help deliver the Kalahari Experience. You’ll assist guests during check-in/check-out, transport them safely via shuttle, and uphold a friendly, efficient, and confidential service standard.

As part of a hospitality-focused team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love, engage guests and colleagues with respect, support a positive atmosphere, and contribute to memorable stays across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 25 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field preferred.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking Guest Services Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the check-in/checkout processand/orsafely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
