Job Title: Guest Service Agent at VTrips

Description

The Guest Services Agent at VTrips is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, owners, and vendors. The primary goal is to ensure guests have a positive experience during their stay and to assist with any issues or requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain professional relationships with owners, guests, and vendors.
  • Review, update, and manage property notes and folios.
  • Resolve issues related to owners and guests.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
  • Create, close, and modify work orders and property blocks.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Manage reservations including creation, modification, and cancellation.
  • Process payments, adjust schedules, and manage auto-payment exclusions.
  • Update reservation and property details in the management system.
  • Adjust rental rates, add fees, and update pricing and discount codes.
  • Generate reservation quotes and communicate effectively with owners and guests.
  • Monitor reports and system alerts daily.
  • Stay informed about property conditions and needs.
  • Troubleshoot customer service and maintenance issues.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with document management, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass background screening.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Physical and Environmental Demands
  • Sitting (90%) and standing/walking (10%).
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.
  • Requires talking, hearing, and specific vision abilities.
  • Indoor and outdoor work environments.
