Overnight Guest Service Agent - FT - The Equestrian Hotel

Join us to apply for the Overnight Guest Service Agent - FT - The Equestrian Hotel role at World Equestrian Center.

Overview

The World Equestrian Center is seeking a friendly, welcoming, and outgoing Overnight Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic front desk team. The primary responsibilities include managing the night audit process, organizing and verifying daily activity, correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, and distributing reports. The role also involves performing all Front Desk Agent functions to ensure guest satisfaction. The shift is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest satisfaction through efficient check-in/check-out procedures and reviewing charges with guests.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Produce accurate reports and handle cash transactions correctly.
  • Complete credit card transactions, transmit batches, verify room rates, and run Night Audit procedures.
  • Transfer charges to appropriate accounts, assist security, respond to guest complaints, and collaborate with the accounting department.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, manage supplies, follow SOPs, and promote hotel events and services.
  • Assist with reservations, rooming, and other related requests, and complete necessary paperwork to support hotel operations.
Physical Requirements

Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English.

  • Good organizational skills and conflict management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
