Envision Yourself as Our Guest Service Agent

You are friendly, approachable, organized, and enjoy interacting with many different people. With a warm and patient disposition, you seek to make guests and teammates feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in your ability to resolve conflicts. You enjoy working with an upbeat team and interacting with many people throughout your day.

Your responsibilities include check-in and check-out processes, answering questions, keeping records of room availability and guest accounts, making, confirming, and cancelling reservations, and computing bills and collecting payments upon check-out. Welcome beverages are part of the arrival experience at check-in. This role requires a TABC license for Guest Service Agents.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest service or hospitality
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge of Opera property management system (preferred)
  • Energetic, positive leadership style
  • Ability to motivate team and exceed guest expectations
