Pay Range

This range is provided by Hilton Garden Inn - Central Park South. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and service guests courteously according to hotel standards.
• Register guests, assign rooms, and establish payment methods.
• Make and confirm reservations, compute bills, and handle payments.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Secure valuables and perform bookkeeping activities.
• Assist in maintaining guest satisfaction and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience or training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
