Job Opportunity: Guest Service Agent at Conrad New York

The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Guest Services Team.

Located in the heart of Lower Manhattan, our hotel features 463 rooms, 30,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 dining outlets including a restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Position Details
  • Classification: Full-Time
  • Shift: Various – must be available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Pay Range: $30.23 - $40.31/hour, based on experience and location

Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming details, and providing room keys
  • Assist with guest check-out, handle payments, and process transactions
