The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in curating a unique experience for our guests, in the hotel, in our local neighborhood and in New York City. We are seeking knowledgeable, dynamic personalities to provide exceptional service at the Front Desk in a sophisticated, friendly and genuine manner.
