Job summary

EWC Growth in Chicago is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while hitting sales goals and assisting management with daily tasks.

You will educate guests on products and services, upsell retail items, and handle check-ins, reservations, and payments. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a customer-first mindset, with a focus on teamwork and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends/evenings.
• Positive, friendly and personable demeanor.
• Willingness to follow dress code and maintain professional appearance.
• Ability to receive and act on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience and achieve sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Process check-ins/outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Inform guests about app features and pre-booking benefits.
• Organize reservations and manage availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restrooms.
