EWC Growth is seeking a Guest Service Associate in New York to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will educate guests on products and services and assist management with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include upselling, processing payments, managing reservations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby. A minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales is preferred, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible days and hours, including weekends.
• Maintain professional appearance per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Learn EWC services and products thoroughly.
• Upsell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and payments.
• Reschedule and manage reservations via app.
• Open and close center; keep lobby clean.
• Support management with daily admin tasks.
• Follow dress code and wear name tag.
