Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking a Safety and Security Associate for the Big Pine Key property to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. You will support the Community Manager, learn the property layout, and respond calmly to incidents while upholding policies.

This role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and strong organizational skills as you interact with residents and visitors on and off the property; experience with policy enforcement is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with safety initiatives and daily operations.
• Maintain knowledge of the property, units, activities, and amenities.
• Know the department managers and how they relate to each other.
• Interact with guests on and off the property in a courteous, calm manner.
• Enforce Cove Communities policies and ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
