Job summary

Palm Beach Shores Resort is seeking a part-time Guest Relations team member to be the visible professional presence ensuring guests, staff and property feel secure and supported. This role focuses on creating a seamless and enjoyable guest experience while upholding safety standards.

The position involves property walkthroughs, coordinating with multiple departments, and responding to guest inquiries and incidents with courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, guest services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with an approachable professional demeanor.
• Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.
• Physically able to perform property walkthroughs and remain alert during shift.
• Knowledge of basic emergency procedures and ability to follow resort policies.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly professional face of the resort maintaining a visible presence across the property.
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs including guest rooms, floors, outdoor areas, parking lots and pools enforcing resort policies and ensuring safety.
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, or incidents with courtesy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering and Management to communicate guest notifications and report incidents.
• Ensure all back of house areas are secured and complete end of shift reports.
• Work closely with Night Audit and MOD to respond to any issues during your shift.
