Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, Florida, is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to manage guest room assignments, respond to guest requests, and support front desk and revenue management operations.

You will ensure accurate reservations, communicate availability to departments, train staff, and maintain rate plans for seasonal packages. Minimum high school diploma; prior front desk/reservations supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in Front Desk/Reservations preferred.
• Knowledge of multilingual communication a plus (Spanish, German, French).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service and respond promptly to guest questions, complaints or requests.
• Be competent in Reservation, Front Desk and Revenue Management SOPs.
• Manage guest rooms assignments and assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences.
• Review out of order room plans and communicate room availability to departments.
• Balance hotel and villa rooms inventory daily, weekly and monthly.
• Participate in functions outside one’s department when required.
• Post and file reservations procedures and execute internal reservation requests.
• Provide administrative support to Reservations Department and familiarity with resort rate plans.
