Job summary

White Lodging seeks a dedicated Inspector/Inspectress to lead housekeeping teams across multiple properties. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards, supervising up to 15 Guest Room Attendants, and enforcing self-inspection processes to ensure each room is guest-ready.

The position emphasizes training, quality control, and efficient operations while supporting a positive guest experience and team morale.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred.
• Ability to train staff and enforce standards.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 Guest Room Attendants and enforce the self-inspection system.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness and readiness for check-in.
• Conduct ongoing training to increase knowledge and teamwork.
• Maintain organization of linen rooms, laundry area, lost and found, storage, break room and carts.
• Assist in daily cleaning duties and changing bedding as assigned.
