Job summary

White Lodging is hiring an Inspector/Inspectress to oversee housekeeping quality across hotel properties. You will supervise up to 15 Guest Room Attendants, conduct daily room inspections, and ensure rooms and public areas meet standards before guest check-in.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with guest service focus.
• Ability to lead and train housekeeping staff.
• Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Certification required after training.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to customers.
• Supervise up to 15 Guest Room Attendants and enforce self-inspection system.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness and readiness for check-in.
• Conduct ongoing training of housekeeping staff to improve skills and morale.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen rooms, laundry area, lost and found, storage rooms, employee break room and carts.
• Assist in daily general cleaning duties and changing of bedspreads, blankets and shower curtains.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
