Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards. You will support the housekeeping team, coach associates, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, maintaining supply levels, and reporting maintenance issues. The role may require standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working on holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, HHM core values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines in support of EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and use PPE per MSDS/OSHA.
