Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to support resort operations by inspecting guest units prior to occupancy and ensuring cleanliness, inventory, and maintenance standards are met. This role maintains inspection records for management review and helps uphold guest satisfaction.

You will document inspections, assist with supplies and inventory, coordinate room status with the housekeeping team, and support the housemen and room attendants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of housekeeping experience.
• Able to understand and speak basic English; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to handle stress and work with a sense of urgency in a time sensitive faced paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Documented unit inspections and assist Houseman with supplies and inventory replacement as needed by guests and owners
• Assist Housekeepers with cleaning rooms as needed due to time restraints.
• Communicate with rooms control/housekeeping coordinator on room status.
