Job summary

Extended Stay America in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to clean guest rooms to brand standards and maintain cart areas. You will support guest requests and ensure safety protocols are followed, while contributing to overall hotel cleanliness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests when possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
