Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring the best possible guest experience. The role also includes maintaining carts and laundry areas and assisting with hotel needs.

Responsibilities include reporting maintenance issues, stocking supplies, and completing Extended Stay University training, with opportunities to assist other areas of the hotel as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, meet time objectives and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Regularly required to move, navigate the hotel, reach, bend, kneel, or crouch, and handle objects.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
