Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain guest room cleanliness and uphold brand standards at our Smyrna property. The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, stocking supplies, reporting issues, and assisting with common-area cleanliness. Training through Extended Stay University is required. On-site work with potential additional duties as directed.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible.
• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required and annual Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager (breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, common areas).
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
