Extended Stay America is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with our brand standards. You will maintain carts and laundry areas, stock supplies, and report issues to the front desk or manager on duty.

The role supports a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. In this position you will participate in required ESA trainings, assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed, and contribute to a high-quality, comfortable hotel experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and responds to reasonable requests when possible.
• Follows all safety and security policies and completes ESA training.
