Extended Stay America—ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes adherence to company guidelines, safety procedures, and timely completion of duties in a dynamic hotel environment.

The position includes responsibilities such as stocking carts, reporting issues, and assisting with additional hotel areas as needed.

Formación

• No prior experience is required for this role.
• Ability to follow housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and apply ESA policies.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, rooms, and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Returns any guest property found in checked-out rooms to the front desk.
