Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards. This role emphasizes guest experience, adherence to guidelines, and maintaining carts and laundry areas during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains and stocks housekeeping carts and laundry areas.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and procedures; completes required training.
