Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to deliver clean and comfortable guest rooms in line with our standards. You will uphold cleanliness across areas, stock and maintain carts, and promptly report issues to the front desk or supervisor. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and responsive guest service.

In this position, you will participate in ongoing training and support a positive hotel environment through reliable, consistent work and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions and guidelines; communicate with manager and staff.
• Follow company standards and procedures; meet time objectives.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property to front desk/manager on duty.
• Aids guest requests when possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
