Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards. You will ensure rooms are spotless, supplies are stocked, and safety protocols are followed to provide guests with a high-quality experience.

The role involves working in a hotel environment, assisting with other areas as needed, and completing mandatory training. Weekly pay and competitive wages are offered as part of our welcoming team culture.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides accommodations when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and training requirements.
• Completes Extended Stay University training as required.
