The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends or holidays as needed. You will collaborate with the housekeeping team to deliver consistent cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel needs.

Aufgaben

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.
• Dust, vacuum, disinfect surfaces, make beds, and restock amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and furnishings are clean and in good condition.
• Maintain a fully stocked housekeeping cart with supplies.
• Report status of cleaned rooms to the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk.
• Greet guests and handle requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Follow procedures for reporting lost and found items and maintain confidentiality.
• Adhere to safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
