Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and deliver attentive service to guests. You will thoroughly clean rooms, prepare supplies, replenish carts, and report any issues to ensure a smooth stay for guests.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, ability to stand for long periods, and clear communication with team members and guests. This is a full‑time on-site position at a prime property, offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a courteous, service‑oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties (supplies, linen, etc.).
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
