Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guestrooms while delivering attentive guest service. You will perform housekeeping tasks, stock supplies, and ensure public areas remain tidy in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and clear verbal and written communication with team members and guests. This is a full-time, hourly position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and prepare carts for next day.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas and closets.
• Report missing items and maintenance needs to supervisor.
