Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Las Vegas is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to all guests. This role supports the property's guest experience through attention to detail and timely, consistent cleaning.

Responsibilities include cleaning guestrooms to standards, restocking supplies, handling lost and found procedures, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel-related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and linen preparation.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for next day use.
