Shaner Hotels in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain room cleanliness and guest comfort. You will clean guest rooms to brand standards, report maintenance needs, and assist guests with requests while preserving guest confidentiality and hotel security.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling, weekend/holiday shifts, and adherence to safety and cleaning procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; prior hotel cleaning experience preferred.

Formación

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

• Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
• Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
