Job summary

Shaner Group is seeking an attentive housekeeping professional to clean guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards. You will report maintenance deficiencies, address guest requests, and maintain security and confidentiality of rooms.

The role requires flexible scheduling, weekend/holiday availability, and adherence to safety rules. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with knowledge of local activities useful for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
