Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team and help deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming guest experience.

You will stock carts, service rooms, report issues, and support daily operations while upholding quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Clean and service guest rooms per department standards, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and internal controls; provide outstanding guest service.
