Job summary

Fresca, LLC. is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and elevate the guest experience at our property.

As part of the housekeeping team, you will refresh, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards while upholding safety and service commitments. You will contribute to the property's reputation by delivering clean, welcoming spaces for guests.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
