Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will clean and refresh guest rooms to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable team collaboration, and the ability to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality or cleaning experience is preferred; applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards (beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities).
• Replace or report missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming laws and internal controls where required.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members.
