Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant for Edgewater Casino Resort in Laughlin. This part-time role supports the Housekeeping team, ensuring rooms are cleaned, beds made, and amenities refreshed to high standards.

The position requires 18 years or older, English communication, and the ability to obtain necessary work cards. Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability are essential for daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
