Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Utility Porter to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across hotel common areas and gaming facilities. You will operate specialized equipment and maintain flooring, ensuring guest comfort and hotel reputation for quality.

Key duties include timely guest service, cleaning elevators and corridors, handling linen and waste, and adhering to OSHA standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience in a similar role or training in public area cleaning preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use basic mathematics.
• Committed to safety and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel and casino interiors, including elevators, corridors, and common areas by sweeping, vacuuming, polishing, mopping, stripping, and buffing floors
• Remove linen from chutes and replace hampers; empty and clean indoor trash receptacles and dispose of trash properly
• Remove dust and stains from high areas and clean bio-hazardous items in accordance with OSHA standards and company guidelines
• Clean, store, and maintain equipment such as extractors, buffers, and vacuums, reporting malfunctions promptly
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
