Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team in maintaining clean, sanitized, and well-equipped guest rooms. You will make beds, restock supplies, and ensure rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication with team members. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety-conscious operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service per the guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Clean and service guest rooms including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Report missing or damaged items and update room status reports accurately.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and policies where applicable.
