Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will answer calls and emails, provide availability information, and assist other departments with reservation inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment. Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, providing accurate information on availability.
• Assist with group blocks and input reservations; review pickup.
• Assist HRCC with questions about reservations.
• Maintain suite reservation requests and inventory controls to maximize revenue.
• Review advance deposit reservations and correct as needed.
