Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will visually inspect rooms and suites, supervise room attendants, and help train the housekeeping team to uphold hotel standards.

Responsibilities include completing reports, updating PMS status, assigning rooms, and overseeing stock rooms and the lost-and-found program. Full-time, weekday through holiday coverage with 11:00 am–7:30 pm shifts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years hotel housekeeping experience.
• 1-2 years housekeeping supervisory experience in hotel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect rooms/suites and supervise attendants to ensure cleanliness.
• Train and support housekeeping leadership in daily operations.
• Ensure all rooms, suites, and public areas meet hotel standards.
• Complete daily/shift reports and update status in the PMS.
• Assign rooms and manage workload, including rooms not to be cleaned.
• Monitor lost and found program and manage stock rooms and carts.
