Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team by bussing tables, setting dining areas, greeting guests with water, and keeping the dining room and patio clean and ready for service. You will join a luxury property known for exceptional service and travel benefits.

Prior F&B or guest service experience is preferred, and a Maricopa Food Handlers Card is required.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior luxury/upscale dining experience preferred.
• Maricopa Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages and bread to tables.
• Bus tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of dining room and patio.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly manner.
• Follow all hotel policies and assist with additional tasks as assigned.

About Our Property

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

The Server Assistant supports the service team by assisting servers, bussing and resetting tables, greeting guests with water service, and ensuring the dining room and patio are clean, organized, and set for service. This role helps maintain a smooth flow of service while delivering a warm and attentive guest experience.

Essential Functions

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations.
• Assist Server with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department.
• Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management.
