Job summary

Bear Creek is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to help enhance the guest experience for winter season services and solutions. This role is often the first point of contact and sets the stage for service expectations.

You will handle calls and emails, issue passes and tickets, process payments, manage gift cards and IDs, and coordinate Lost & Found updates while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 3 years guest services, general office, customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e.: weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Answering telephone and emails, checking voicemail and returning phone calls.
• Issue Season Passes and daily tickets.
• Process payments in person.
• Process Gift Cards.
• Issue Employee IDs.
• Updating Lost & Found Log and contacting guests as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Auditing & IT as needed.
• Ability to multitask is a must.
