Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication is required.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work independently and in a high-performance team; flexible evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Able to meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting).

• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and address questions about park policies.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operate the Season Pass database.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Provide local area information and directions to guests.
• Assist with VIP Tours.
• Enforce all park policies.
• Assist in Admissions tasks including ticket taking/selling, season pass processing, and toll operations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
