Responsibilities

• Talk with guests and address questions about park policies and procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with lost or misplaced season passes and manage the Season Pass database.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Provide local area information and directions to guests.
• Assist with VIP Tours as needed.
• Enforce all Six Flags New England policies.
• Assist in other Admissions duties including ticket taking, ticket selling, and toll operations.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required.
