Responsibilities

• Talk with guests and address questions about park policies and procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operate the Season Pass database.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Provide local area information and directions to guests.
• Assist with VIP Tours as needed.
• Enforce all Six Flags New England policies.
• Support other Admissions tasks including ticketing, season pass processing and toll operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
