Longo Toyota of Prosper is seeking a Guest Relations Representative/Receptionist to join the team. This on-site, full-time position includes Saturday shifts and a pay scale of $15.00–$16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling calls, guiding guests, updating CRM data, and maintaining professional communication and appearance. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience with multiple phone lines; a valid driver’s license with

Qualificações

• Pleasant and polite demeanor with the ability to communicate professionally on the telephone, internet and in person.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience and experience with multiple phone lines, preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information in the English language.
• Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Answers, transfers, and provides information to incoming calls, walk‑in guests, or vendors.
• Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
• Communicates with callers, walk‑in guests and or vendors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Strives to minimize hold time and abandon rates.
• Notifies appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
• Maintains guest’s contact information including but not limited to phone number(s), email, and home addresses.
• Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
• Always maintains a professional appearance.
