Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Sales Support Associate to ensure the Resort Tour Reception, Gifting, Sales F&B and Sales Receptionist functions are performed professionally while delivering a quality guest experience.

You will perform the check-in and departure process for the sales and marketing department, help achieve personal and departmental objectives, verify marketing qualifications for tour assignments, and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs all elements of the check-in and departure process for the designated sales and marketing department.
• Achieves personal and departmental written objectives by the Manager of Sales & Marketing Services
• Ensures check-in accuracy by verifying marketing qualifications for proper tour assignments
• Prepare and distribute all departmental reporting upon management’s approval
• Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing areas
