Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Greeter to provide a world-class check-in/out experience for our owners and guests at the West Village Clubhouse in Kissimmee, FL. You will warmly welcome guests, guide them to registration areas, and ensure seamless service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with bilingual Spanish being a plus. Biweekly pay and robust benefits are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous timeshare marketing or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and owners to the lobby and direct them to the check-in/check-out area while delivering a world-class guest experience.
• Lead guests to the In-House Vacation Station to meet/exceed conversion standards and maintain the rotation log.
• Assist in pre-gifting by selling tickets and updating notes in the system to ensure guest satisfaction at tour completion.
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures and assist with additional requests from leaders.
