Bagel Brands is seeking a General Manager in the United States to lead restaurant performance, guest experience, and team development. You will own the P&L, manage labor and inventory, and drive profitability through strong operational execution.

The role requires coaching and developing leaders, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. Flexible scheduling and a focus on guest obsession are essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1 year of management.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, including financials, labor, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Own overall restaurant performance across sales, people, operations, and controllable profit.
• Manage the restaurant P&L, including revenue, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales goals and drive profitability.
• Monitor performance trends and take proactive action to address gaps.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and compliance with standards.
• Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team, including District Shift Leaders and Bakers.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to ensure effectiveness.
