Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the store with a “treat it like you own it” philosophy. Our GMs start as early as 4am to bake, ensure audit readiness, and manage catering and in-store orders to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Successful candidates typically have 1–3 years of GM/ AGM experience in a restaurant, with P&L awareness and a proven ability to recruit, train, and grow a high-performing team while maintaining food cost and labor targets.

Qualifications

• Successful GMs have 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable but tried and true strategies for achieving food cost goals and labor targets are required.
• Recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent is a key function for our leaders.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store with a 'treat it like you own it' philosophy.
• Lead the daily opening, including starting as early as 4am for the first bake and ensuring audit readiness.
• Coordinate catering/mobile/in-store orders and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, banking deposits, and 2pm close readiness.
• Drive food cost and labor targets while motivating and inspiring the team.
