• 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Prior exposure to P&L analysis is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store operations with a hands-on leadership style.
• Open the store early (as early as 4am) to manage baking and opening tasks.
• Ensure audit readiness, caterings/mobile/in-store orders executed, and customers have an exceptional experience.
• Rotate duties during breakfast and lunch rushes and manage scheduling, inventory, and deposits.
• Complete daily deposits and finish tasks well before dinner time; participate in 5 weeks of training.
