Job summary

You will own scheduling, labor, inventory, guest satisfaction, and brand standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, including labor, COGS, and profitability.
• Experience with sales forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
